Acceptance of Checks & Returned Check Policy

Line Elementary School PTC will accept checks as payment for items following these conditions:

~ All checks must include the name, address, and telephone number of the person signing the check.

~ Checks will only be accepted with a current date; we will not accept post-dated or pre-dated checks.

~Checks must be made payable to Line Elementary School PTC.

~The check writer is to pay the full amount, in addition to any bank charges, when a check is not honored.

~PTC has the right to refuse to accept additional checks from anyone who has a previous returned check not made restitution in a timely manner. (Restitution includes paying any service charges plus bank charges due.) Returned Checks Procedure in the event a check is returned:

~ All items will be held for delivery until payment has been received for the cost of item(s) and any additional bank charges.

~Repayment to be made by cash, postal money order, or bank cashier’s check within 10 business days.

~Upon receipt of payment, item(s) will be released.
